Resolved - For information, the GOV.UK One Login service had an issue where the Identity Proving Service by using security questions on the web was unavailable from 6:15 am to 9:40 am. Services requiring authentication only and all other routes for proving identity were not affected. The Incident is now resolved.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - We have identified a problem with GOV.UK One Login.
Users are unable to verify identity on the web using passport.
All other routes are working as normal.
We're still looking into this as a matter of urgency and will update you as soon as we know more.

Resolved - For information, the GOV.UK One Login service had an issue where the Identity Proving Service by using National Insurance number on the Web was unavailable between 11:08 to 11:55. Services requiring authentication only and all other routes for proving identity were not affected. The Incident is now resolved.
