For information, the GOV.UK One Login service had an issue where the Identity Proving Service by using security questions on the web was unavailable from 6:15 am to 9:40 am. Services requiring authentication only and all other routes for proving identity were not affected. The Incident is now resolved.

We have identified a problem with GOV.UK One Login. Users are unable to verify identity on the web using passport. All other routes are working as normal. We're still looking into this as a matter of urgency and will update you as soon as we know more.

Services requiring authentication only and all other routes for proving identity were not affected. The Incident is now resolved.
