For information, the Gov.Uk One Login service had an issue where the Identity Proving Service was unavailable between 23:00 hrs 10/09/25 to 09:00 hrs 11/09/25 . This meant that all ID Proving Web journeys requiring a proven identity were unable to be accessed during this window. The App was unaffected in this time. Services requiring authentication only or re use journeys were not affected. The Incident is now resolved.
