There is essential maintenance planned for the Prove your Identity in Person service on One Login.

Starts: 22:00 12th November
Ends: 08:30 13th November

During this time, users will not be able to schedule Post Office verification sessions, or attend a Post Office, but all other identity proving options will be available. If a user does attend a Post Office, they will be told to return after the maintenance window has ended.

All other services will be operational.
