Date: Sunday 10th May 2026 Impact Window: 18:30 – 22:30 (4 hours) Impact: Between 18:30 and 22:30, users will be unable to prove their identity via the web journey only. Users who have already proved their identity can reuse their saved details. The GOV.UK One Login app and in person identity proving will remain unaffected, and users can either use the app during this time or retry the web journey after 22:30. GOV.UK ID check app will not be affected by this maintenance. Affected OneLogin Services: Identity proving (Web only)
