Essential maintenance planned for identity proving services using GOV.UK ID Check app and GOV.UK One Login app on Wednesday 19th November 2025 between 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM.

Users may notice intermittent interruptions while trying to use a driving licence on mentioned mobile apps during the maintenance period.

As soon as the maintenance is complete at 08:00 AM, normal service will be resumed.
