For information, the GOV.UK One Login service experienced an issue where a supplier identity verification service was intermittently unavailable for both Website and Mobile App journeys between 22:39 and 22:44 on 22/02/2026. The incident has now been resolved. Investigations into the cause are ongoing with the vendor. No further communications will be issued.
