Our Identity provider will be completing an upgrade of their service on Monday 8th April 2024, between 03:00hrs and 05:00hrs.
Users can continue to access the service during the change window, however you may notice a period of up to 25 minutes where the system is unavailable.
If you attempt to prove your identity during the period of outage you will receive a failed response.
As soon as the maintenance is complete at 05:00hrs, normal service will be resumed.
