Essential maintenance planned for identity proving service on Sunday 11th May 2025 for 3 hours from 9 pm till midnight.
During this time,
Users on the mobile app trying with a Passport/Biometric Residence Permit will be able to prove their identity.
Users trying via web-based identity checks will not be able to prove their identities.
Users on the mobile app trying with a Driving Licence will not be able to prove their identity.
Users will not be able to reuse an existing identity if it was issued before 6 months.
